How many days could it take to receive my order? Aka Processing time
Each order may vary depending on the time needed to prepare the item(s) for shipping. For details, please refer to the “Lead Time” description of individual items or contact me directly to discuss your order requirements.
Essentially, you would need to add the time it takes for me to create your item(s) and add on the shipping time. For instance, depending on demand and order numbers, a “Chloe Culottes” in size 9-12 months could take up to 3 weeks to make. Then you would need to add 2-3 days for USPS domestic or two weeks for USPS international shipping upon checking out and completing your order.

I offer USPS flat rate in A4 bubble envelopes for domestic shipping (within the USA) from $10 per order which may typically take 2-3 days for delivery.
I offer USPS flat rate in A4 bubble envelopes for international shipping (outside of the USA) from $15 per order which may typically take two weeks for delivery.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on USPS availability and various other matters outside of my control (e.g. customs), therefore it is important that you keep note of your shipping reference number that I provide you with upon order completion, so that you can track your order.
Customs and Import Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Whilst I will do my utmost to ensure that labelling is clearly presented, I am not able to accept responsibility for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Naturally, an item may be tried on as you would do in a store, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned in a damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, a refund would automatically be voided. I.e. if an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns and exchanges requests of non-custom items or fully priced items can be accepted as long as you contact me within 14 days of when you receive delivery.
Please note that custom or personalised orders or items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days of when you receive delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All items are inspected on return for any altered condition caused by wear and tear
Where possible, all returned items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging, including tags, care instructions, labels, etc.
Until I receive your returned item(s), they are your responsibility. Therefore, please:
- ensure the item(s) is/are packed up properly and can’t get damaged whilst in transit
- get proof of postage and email a copy of this to me for my own tracking reference
- write order number, senders’ address and name on the package
I shall not be responsible for any items that are returned by mistake. If I am able to locate the items (which may not always be possible if the package is not labelled correctly) and you’d like these returned to you, I would need you to cover the delivery cost.
Wrong or missing items
As I personally process all orders, it is very unlikely that you would receive the wrong item or would have an item missing. However, should this occur, please contact me within 14 days of when you receive delivery.
How long does a refund or exchange take?
The amount of time it takes to receive your returned item(s) for refund or exchange will depend on the shipping service you choose. This is why it is important to follow the above returns and exchanges conditions and guidelines and very importantly, to email me with proof of postage so that I may track your return.
For exchanges, the previously described timings in the above Shipping section would again apply.
What happens when I receive your returned item(s)
I will email you to confirm receipt of delivery within 48 hours and advise as to refund / exchange options as requested by you.
A refund would be processed by way of the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (less any potential loss in value if applicable). Some refunds may take longer depending on your payment provider. Please note that I am not liable for any charges your bank may charge you for international transactions.
Please note that I am unable to accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, I may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but are unable to return it for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at my discretion.
